Answers:
excess cardio does burn muscle tissue!.!. but a way to avoid this would be!.!.!. do not do more then 30 mins of cardio daily!.!. have a big meal an hour and a half before running!.!. and even have a protein shake 3 0 mins before u run!.!. so the muscles are saturated with protein!.!.!.!.!.

take glutamine as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

It really depends on the individual and what works for one person might not work for him the next time!. The amount of underdeveloped or hyper developed muscles has most to do with it as well as hormone levels and recuperation time!.

Some athletes can loss fat while gaining muscle especially if they are beginners to strength training!. Most will find this difficult to impossible!. The key seems to lie in recuperation: if the cardio-type training is below a certain intensity threshold and the individual can recuperate quickly then muscle mass will be spared or muscle loss will be minimal!.

The most important thing to remember, in my opinion, is it doesn't help in real life to have great muscle definition and mass if we can't do 50 push-ups or run 5 kilometres!. The muscle might look good and the strength is important BUT it does little for ones' health and important activities such as sex or anything requiring stamina!.

Go for a mix of strength and endurance and accept your self at your genetic best rather than to privilege strength over health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a young man I trained for and ran several marathons!. Training 18 miles 6 days per week provides me the experience and expertise to tell you without equivocation that running will not reduce your muscle mass!.!.!.!.only your excess weight!. You must however eat properly to maintain your muscle mass and allow the running to eliminate your body fat!.

Good running!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
