The first step is in realizing you are still pulling your own strings!. You are certainly entitled to feel any way you do, but it's you who decides how you act about it!. Just because you feel irritable doesn't mean you have to act that way!. The next thing is to realize that only you control how you feel and act- nobody else is pulling the strings, and you don't have some little man in your head doing it either!. Nobody makes you mad or sad!. They may do something you find irritating, but getting mad is still your choice!. If you have trouble managing anger or sadness, there are counsellors available to help teach you ways to control yourself!. Short of that, sometimes a trusted adult can act as listening board and suggest better ways to manage things!. And sometimes just learning to count to ten or a hundred before you pop will help!. So can learning patience, and becoming practiced at not snapping to any decisions guided by emotions!. Trust me, no matter how bad it seems to you, you will survive it!. Fortunately, hormonally driven mood changes pass with time, and like your shoes, you will outgrow it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree a lot with 'The Mom'!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I found that I ended up on Prozac from about 15 through to 19 I wish looking back I'd found another way such as counselling maybe!.

And you know where I am if ever you need to talk!. The biggest thing to remember is that:-
a) it will get better
b) U are not alone
