Well, you just need to move the shaver over your facial hair, slowly, not to fast so it gets all of it!.
You do it dry though, not water applied, during or before!.
Its safe, and won't cut you!.

An electric shaver is extremely easy to use!. Turn on, and place the shaver over the skin that requires hair removal!. I'd advice getting some type of shaving stuff like "lectric shave' That stuff really makes a big difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My father bought me one when I was 16, used it couple times, but it didn't cut close, my ladies like the baby face smooth, give them razor burn other wise, so I bought some new razors, shave smooth, happy foreverybody!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
