Answers:
Well, you have the first step in your problem covered, you have a doctors appointment!.
The second step is communicating with your doctor!. He is not going to care how you know your foreskin should retract, it is common knowledge that it should!. His only concern will be taking care of any problems associated with this!. Simply ask him when you can expect to be able to retract it and he will answer you, it's as simple as that!.
But if you really need an "excuse", you can say you learned about it in sex ed class!.
However, I don't really understand WHY you need an excuse! It is not "gay", stupid, dumb or WHATEVER, to be concerned about ones own body and to seek out the information in regards to it!
Man up a bit, ask your doctor the questions you want answers to and you will get them!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whatever you do, don't let the doctor talk you into circumcision!. It destroys 50% or more of sexual sensitivity, orgasms are far less intense, and it can result in complications that can even include impotence!.

Doctors want to circumcise you for any reason, they make money from it and are heavily influenced by minority religious groups that want to impose male genital mutilation on everyone!.

Type in phimosis on your browser and go to the CIRP site, it will tell you about various treatments which don't involve the mutilating, sexually debilitating effects of circumcision!.

You can also contact NOCIRC regarding foreskin problems, and also DOC Doctors Opposing Circumcision!.

Be proud of your whole, intact penis!. You will have much more sexual pleasure in life with a whole penis!. Those Americans who've been deprived of half of their penile skin don't know what they're missing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it seems every time a guy says his foreskin is tight someone says run to the doctor to have it cured!. It just shows a lot of people seem to have no knowledge of foreskin!. They think all guys shoud have it cut off by the doctor!. But in 90% of cases that is totally unnecessary surgery and can leave the penis way less sensitive or worse!.

So, here's the scoop!.
two or three times a day get out yrou penis and get it erect!. do it in a hot bath when possible otherwise in the shower or your room or anywhere else you are cool with it being exposed!.
retract as far as you can easily!.
pull it back just a bit further
hold it for a minute
release
then repeat the retract, hold and release 10 or so times!.

It takes a whiel to achieve full retraction but it does work and leaves you with all your essential parts!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

at your age-your foreskin has not totally let go of your glands!. It can take a while-not rare that males go till 17-18-19 till they can totally retract it!. Watch this before you go to the doc's!. Doc love to cut! DON"T DO IT! you have plenty of time and if it is not hurting-there are massages that you can do to "coax" the skin to release over a pretty short time!. Sounds like you are just developing normally and need answers to what's "normal"-you are fine!. Just stand your ground and keep your foreskin till you are older or it really causes medical problems! (But you just need to be patient, my son was the same way)

It's a Brit add but the video shows what happes when you have teh 4skin removed!. If the doc say "cut", then you have reasons why-and ask your doc if he's a male if he's cut-if he says "yes", then he has no idea what he's taking from you!

The video is 100% correct-good info!
