Weird as hell, but I don't know of any reason it wouldn't be safe!.
Don't use antiperspirant though!. It's not good for you no matter where you use it!. It has little bits of aluminum in it to clog up your pores and keep you from sweating!. So yea, it seems like that could be unsafe for your balls since they wouldn't be able to sweat and stay at a safe temperature!.!.!.
