Answers:
Hairs do hurt when they are cut!.
Think about it, when your hair grows its long and soft at the end, when you cut hair its a clean cut therefore its sharper than normal!. They then stick into your skin, causing Irritation!. Wash your penis a couple of times and still use moisturiser or cream to sooth the irritation!.
Red dots are just where the hair's have irritated you skin!.
Don't worry, your perfectly safe!.

Oh yer I don't listen to many people saying that is sick!. Many many males do it!. I don't do it personally, but many males do it all the time to masturbate more easier and get more pleasure out of it!. Even sex too!.
I don't think they have ever watched American Pie!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Speaking as an, ahem!, lady who has experienced the same problem around the bikini line, it's just that the skin around there is very sensitive and can be prone to ingrowing hairs!. Make sure you always lather up with plenty of shaving foam and warm water to soften the hairs, shave in the direction of hairgrowth so that you don't nick the skin and afterwards rub in some Sudocrem (nappy rash cream - in the baby section of the supermarket! It's a great antiseptic cream and comes in a plain grey tub, so won't look out of place in your bathroom)!. Another, more expensive, lotion to try is Tendskin - but I find nappy rash cream works every time ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most likely happening because you hair around the area is having to re-emmerge out of your skin, and because pubic hair is quite coarse, it's irritating the skin, and leaving red rashes!. Nothing strange - happens to everyone after shaving!. The best cure is to just let your hair grow slightly above the skin when shaving, and for now, E45 cream will do, just as your doing!.
Hope this helps

It's normal!. They're no big deal, they go away on their own!.

What it is, is basically the hair grows under the skin instead of outside it!. Sometimes they get infected and they get little white tops like zits!.

My advice would be to try shaving along the direction that the hair grows, not against it, and see how that works!.

Try not to worry about it, it happens to almost everybody who has ever shaved down there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hair growing down there makes it itchy as heck!. It's so awesome that you shave down there!. Um, talc powder helps, and daly showering helps to stop the itching!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
