Weight Loss, and Muscle Gain...Serious Answer Please?!

Question: Weight Loss, and Muscle Gain!.!.!.Serious Answer Please!?
I have been a big guy since I was little!. Not fat, just big!. Lately I have been wanting to burn alot of fat, and fast!. But NOTHING is working!. Diet Pills work for about a week, then stop!. Meal Replacments arent doing anything either!. I need some help with this!. I want to burn the fat and gain more muscle!. Thinking about MMA!. Some real input would be nice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well ah first off to burn fat you have to replace it with muscle;
you want to have protien in your body so your body can build off of it!.
i would suggest to just work out really hard ; like hard core and to burn fat i say run or do some aerobic excerzie so you lose it the healthy way and don't lose nurtients and protiens needed to build muscle;
you can also just eat healthy like balance out fruits and vegis and drink a lot of water!.
this is the best way to get fit the healthy way;
it will take some time ofcourse but eventually you will get to where you want to be the right way!.
all it takes is dedication and moderation!.

Stop taking all those pills!. Going on and off of them all the time is especially not going to help matters!. Just start working out!. Eat healthy (the natural way) and work out on a normal basis!. Try getting a nutritionist and/or a personal trainer if you have sufficient funds even!.

Otherwise maybe google eating healthy and working out!.!.!. you might be able to come up with some sort of advice on a HEALTHY way to do this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no magic so the rules apply equally to everyone!. If you're not losing fat then you're eating too much!. You either have to cut out more calories (bad idea) or increase your metabolism (good idea)!. Weights, Cardio and Diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

errrm i think you should use creatin and do alot of exercise it takes the protein out of the blood and takes it to the muscles!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. i thinkWww@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise will help you burn fats!. Eat a little!. If you feel full, that means you've eaten a lot!. Run or jog everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
