Answers:
The sperm are still made in the testicles, they just have no way to get through the penis and out!. There is still seminal fluid so there is no difference in his ejaculation besides having no sperm cells!. I think I read that the sperm cells just get absorbed into the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This depends on the type of vasectomy, but essentially the scrotum is opened up under anesthesia, and the tube taking sperm away from the testicles is cut, cauterized, or both!. Usually, there is no problem and most men can resume their normal lives pretty quickly, but complications like pain and swelling, though relatively minor, do sometimes occur!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's a really minor surgery where they go in and cut the two tubes (vas deferens ) that send the sperm to the testicles!. takes an hour or less!. alot of guys tend to make a big deal out of it and exaggerate it for sympathy and attention but in all actuality it's just a little snip!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They "snip" the vas and tie the cords shut!. The sperm will back up into the epidymis and be re-absorbed!. Sometimes the testies stop making sperm all together!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if u mean a vasectomy then the man is no longer able to produce sperm but is still able to masturbate and/or sexWww@Answer-Health@Com
