If you can feel your balls in your sac or scrotum, they have "dropped"!. The testicles drop at or near birth, any guy who says their balls haven't dropped is usually an idiot, as a pediatrician would alert the parents to undescended testicles!. The balls get bigger at puberty, they don't "drop" down further!. Just bigger so they look like they may hang lower!. The "dropping" thing takes place when you're a toddler, in other words long, long ago!. After that, they go up and down as your scrotum (sac) extends or shrinks to maintain a proper temperature!. Your doctor would have noticed if your balls hadn't dropped down into your scrotum properly and would have done something about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
