How do I get a six pack??!


Question: How do I get a six pack!?!?
Age 13, Weight 170, Height 6'2!. I'm really looking to get nice 6 pack/ 8 pack abs whatever works!. http://home!.myspace!.com/index!.cfm!?fuseac!.!.!. pic of abs currently!. What is best workout I can do!? I currently hold static laying down!. As in feet few inches off ground, along with back!. And then I do legs at a 90 degree angle I think it is!? Right lets get down to it, you want solid ripped abs and a hard sexy body well listen up!.
These 3 simple abdominal exercises and stomach exercises will do the job of giving you the abs of your dreams!.
Right!


1) Hanging Frog Kicks
Start by taking an overgrip on a chinning bar, your hands set about
shoulder width apart, hang your body straight down from the bar!. Moving only
your legs, pull your knees up to your chest while simultaneously bending
your legs completely, hold this position for a moment, then slowly lower to
the starting position, this is one rep try to do 10 reps for 4 sets i!.e
10,10,10,10!.


2) Crunches
Lie on your back with your legs draped across the surface of a flat
bench, with your thighs perpendicular to the floor!. Place your hands behind
your head, then raise your upper back and shoulders from the floor and
attempt to touch your head on your knees, now this will not be possible but
raise as far as possible!. Do 20 reps for 4 sets!.

3) Knee ups
Sit at the end of a flat bench, with your body at a 45 degree angle
to the bench grasping the end of the bench!. Extend your legs downward ankles
together in line with your body angle!. Then pull your knees upto your chest
whilst bending your legs completely, hold for a moment then return to the
start position, do 10reps!.
Do these exercises and you will reach your goal, aim each time to
increase the number of reps, do as many as you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As they have said you are 13, let your body develop!.!.

But general idea i will answer your question is:

-Sit-ups!.
-Crunches (With and without a weight on your stomach)!.


I personally use a weight as it puts more tension on the abs right where it needs to be worked!.!. start with 5kg extra then work your way up!. Dont over work yourself!.

Remember your 13!. Also keep eating right, cut out maccas and hj's etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're 13, just aim for a good healthy build, if you train too hard too early you can seriously stunt your growth, just eat a good diet and stay fit, as your body develops, so will your abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
