What do I need to consume to make my body the healthiest it can be?!


Question: What do I need to consume to make my body the healthiest it can be!?
Me:

27 yrs!. old
145 lbs!. (varies 2-3 pounds)
I go to the gym 5 times a week!.
I do lots of high rep workouts, I've gotten to the size I want, I'm now working on definition!.

Given that scenario, what do I need to consume on a daily basis to ensure my body is the healthiest it can be!?

common sense really, fruit, veggies, grilled meats & fish, water, milk & unswetened juice!. my philosophy is eat all you want as long as its healthy you wont get fatWww@Answer-Health@Com
