When you have an erection it is very difficult to pee because the urethra (sperm, pee tube), is contracted so sperm "shoots" more than just drizzles out!. Also there is a "door" that closes off the bladder when you are erect so when you are ejaculating you do not pee (it would suck for a girl if a guy pissed up her vag)!. I am a male and sometimes I have to just stand hold my penis until it gets softer so I can urinate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's normally very difficult to pee when you're hard!. The plumbing is set up so you can't normally do both at once!. It's possible though!. I knew a 5-year-old boy who always woke up hard; he just pointed it down and peed (he probably taught himself how so he wouldn't have to wait around)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it's true for all males!. It just hurts and is very painful to urinate during this time!. All guys can, but it's best just calm down and then urinate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
