Question: I have a barbell, a bench and some weights!. Is this enough equipment to get a good workout!?
I would like to start weight lifting!. The only equipment I have are a barbell, a bench, four 10 pound weights, and two 5 pound weights though!. I'd like to know what is the best weight lifting routine you recommend me doing based on the limited equipment I have!. Would this be enough to get a good workout!? Is it ok to just work on certain areas of the body since I have such a limited amount of equipment!? I also plan to do a little cardio as well!. My ultimate goal is to lose weight and get some definition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah but if you dont have a weight cage or anything make sure you have spotter for your bench presses and other dangerous workoutsWww@Answer-Health@Com
