take all the advise about how masturbating will distort your body in many ways!.!.!.and delete it from your memory permanently!. masturbation, health wise, does nothing for your body!. it wont burn calories, wont make you loose your hair, and wont make you loose alot of vitamins and proteins!.
i know this because,like every other male human being on this planet, i do masturbate, heavily!.!.!.and I'm a student in the medical field ! !. never once have i felt tired or sleepy!. actually the gym is a must in my daily routine, and instead of decreasing my workout, I'm actually making it longer!. masturbation is merely sperm ejaculation, the only organ that wont benefit, are your testies!. they have to be constantly working to produce sperm, and sperm takes 70 days to be fully produced!. if your thinking of starting a family then, you should try and masturbate less, it will aid in the process of insemination!. other than that, you have nothing to worry about!.
