If you are not circumcised then your head will be more sensitive, because your foreskin protects the head and prevents it from drying out!. When the foreskin isn't there the head dries out and almost callouses because it's exposed to rubbing against clothing and stuff!.

It's because the foreskin keeps the head of the penis sensitive!. A circumcised penis is always exposed to the elements and it loses it's coloration, and sensitivity!. Most likely, it's not irritation, but it's the normal color of the penis head!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
