Question: Getting rid of love handles and need motivation!!!!?
Hola!! I recently started working out, my main goal is to get rid of the love handles I've had all my life -- I have got to the point of thinking there is no way to lose them!. Can you please show me success stories on people who really lost them!? if possible with photographs (before and after) in order to gain more motivation!.
I have a friend who is a masseuse and she told me I have a lot of lactose in my back and that prevents me of losing weight --any ideas of what to do with the lactose!? Its true I am not losing as much weight as I want, Been hitting the gym for a month and a half and only lost 2 kg, been taking care of my food (a whole month with no bread, tortillas, greasy food --lots of salads, fish, chicken, not too much beef) how can I lose more liquids!? as my body seem to retain a lot!.

One of the most successful diets that I've ever known of is a high-protein, low fat diet!. Protein burns fat!.

Avoid all fatty foods, butter,oils (except olive oil, it's good for you), and together with reducing fat an exercise program!.

Remember: Fat turns to fat, eating fatty foods is the most fattening, calories have nothing to do with it!.

Liquids aren't bad--your system needs them!. Lactose is from milk, and whoever told you that is not informed or knowledgeable!.

Reducing salt intake should help with fluids, but your body needs water to function, don't get dehydrated!.

drink a glass of cold water before any meal, cold water needs to be warmed up n your body and taht burns calories as well as it helps to burn what you eat!.
i remember last year i was fat, about 145 pounds, now im bigger taller and weigh 125, just by not being lazy and doing exercises and doing it for myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

actually, 2 kilos is not bad!. drink more water, pee it out!. be patient, it dont happen overnight!. your body will adjust accordingly as you pack on muscle & loose fat, give it time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
