Big loads make big splashes!. Hold off peeing until after you drop the big one, that way only toilet water, not urine is splashed back!. Yeah, I know, still gross!. Toilets with higher water levels tend to splash more, and also depends on how hard you force it out- though better to push hard than not at all, keeps your sphincter muscles taunt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try making sure you have enough fiber in your body so the bowel movement won't be hard enough to cause the water to splash!. That's the only reasonable advice I can give you!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
