I've found that smoking moderately doesn't get in the way of working out!. However I do feel better in general when I'm not smoking and working out!. And its easier to breathe and breathe deeply while working out!. The real reason to quit is that smoking is undeniably bad for your health and will shorten your life significantly if you continue!. Why not quit now while you're already doing something good for your body!. After decades of smoking and now a few years of working out, I've finally "decided" to quit!. Once I made the decision, it has been easy!. Quitting is all about making the decision for yourself!. Smoking cessation aids can help, but only personal resolve will prevail!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What's the point of working out if you are thinking about keeping up with a bad habit!? Smoking literally takes your breath away!.!.!.so if you are working out, your body wont be able to handle as much as you might want to!.
