Question: Answer this please! about my workout and training regime!.!?
I go to t he gym 3 times per week consecutively because those are the only days i'm free from school and schoolwork!. i'm using the school gym!. i do cardio about 20 mins each time!. After that i do some weight lifting such as bicep curls!. Everytime after traninig, my muscle becomes sore, happens after an hour or so after workout!. why is it sore!? how can i prevent it!? i do stretching before doing anything!. Is it alright for me to do this 3 days consecutively!? I have a very tight schedule!. I am also trying to lose weight at the same time!. I've seen some improvements though, eg, biceps bigger, calves more defined!. I spend about 2 hours at the gym each time i visit it!. Can anyone help me out!? I also can't eat properly as it is about 6 hours after school starts that i have my break!. The cafeteria sells unhealthy food

My cousin used to do gyms but he only visit the gym in a one-day gap!. For example MWF - School, T H S - Gym, Then he relaxes during Sunday!. How long are you training in the gym!? If you just began then the straining and stressing of your muscle is normal even professional body builders still experience this kind of stress but eventually if you do this often your body adapts to your lifestyle!. You said that you're in a diet, there are several ways to keep a nice diet and one way is the vegetarian and protein base foods (like Tofu)!. If you watched "Extreme Make Over" they have several tips that really worked well for body builders and those who are on diets!. You said that you do stretching before starting, then I ask you, are you forcing yourself to have that quick muscles, some people who are introduced to gyms are influenced by peers to avoid being left out!. While some suffers from Anorexia Nervosa who are figure conscious but i'm not saying you're like that!. 2 hours is fine for beginners but i suggest don't do it consecutively especially if you have just went to school then you went straight to the gym you're overdoing yourself!.

Diet Help:
1!. Better eat potato as a substitute from rice since it has several nutrients!.
2!. Drink couples of water, softdrinks, hard drinks and alcohol will only increase your waist line!. (sugar)
3!. Tofu is a very healthy (yes, as far as i know the healthiest source of Protein) it will increase your body size especially the muscles!. It's a good substitute for meat/fish/chicken since it has no oil and friendly to our heart!.
4!. Keep exercising, according to some experts, skipping ropes for at least 30-50 times will maintain blood circulation before eating breakfast!. Walking 10,000 steps a day is also recommended to maintain body figure!.
5!. Avoid too much sugary food and oils!. If you visit fast food, order a smaller size meal!. Don't eat longer times, if you have part time work don't apply for jobs that works for food, it will just tempt you!.!.!. honestly, if you're in a diet, you shouldn't work in a pastry and cake shops!.
6!. When eating practice yourself to eat on smaller plates!. From Plain Platter to Smaller Saucers, in this way you know that your limitation is in the size!.
7!. Vegetables are your friend!. If you're not use to of eating vegetable then make a salad yourself (yes, try your cooking ability) so you will say nothing cause you followed your taste!.
8!. Vitamins are vital, supplements also regulates the nutrients in our body!.
9!. Body builders have tough diet, and usually they skip one meal (you may skip your snack as a starter)
10!. Weigh yourself, if you notice your near the limit, promise yourself to lose it within two days or three (Give an exact amount!. Today I'm 3 lbs heavier I promise myself to lose 5 lbs by the next two days, like that)!. This will make you conscious about your body weight!. A person with heavier weight don't develop a good figure when body building!.
