First, you can not have actual acne on your penis!.
If you shave your pubic hair you probably have bumps that are acne like!. They are not acne but actually ingrown hairs!. What you can do for ingrown hairs is, hot compresses, exfoilating wash, trying to pop them and have the hair come out with cause them to get infected, if you choose to pop them make sure to have hydrogen peroxide to wash it off with!.
