Question: I am conserened about my testicles!?
one of my testicles was stuck in my bladder until i was 4 when the surgically move it and put it in my sac!. however, it is much smaller compared to my other testicle!.
so now a days, my testicles starts hurting occasionally like once every 2-3 days!. many times, its the one that was stuck in my bladder!. and sometimes its the other testicle!. i have been tested for it by the use of sonar but i don't have testicular cancer!. when i masturbate my left testicle starts becoming harder and the other one doesn't!. even after masturbating, it is still hard!. even in my dreams, they hurt like crazy sometimes!. will this pain cause me to become infertile!? to have constant defects in my sperm!? what must i do to help me not get pains in in my testicles!. i am 17 by the way!. and it started hurting about 2 years ago!. much help is appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to get worked up at the urologist to diagnose this!.
Lets start with the basics!. You had a surgery called an orchidopexy to move your testicle from your abdomen to your scrotum!. It was not in your bladder!. Undescended testicles are usually stunted and do not function; the size difference tells us that this testicle is likely sterile (not your other one though)!. You should practice testicular self examination often because you are at increased risk of testicle cancer because of your history!. Look for changes from the normal when you check them!.
The pain could be from several causes, if you ever had mumps you could be suffering form orchitis, an inflammation of the testicles!. This could be epididymitis, or inflammation of the cord!. You could also have a torsion condition that comes and goes causing pain!. This is something you do not want to ignore; when you have a pain like this, go to the doctor and make sure you dont have a torsion ocurring!. You can lose a testicle over this!. Torsion is the testicle twisting on the cord, cutting off its blood supply and dying!. Bad!. A simple surgery can be done to anchor the testicle in the scrotum!. Some boys are born with something called Bell Clapper deformity that makes them susceptible to torsions!.
Your history should not have infertility consequences!. Dont rely on your situation as a form of birth control or you may be the second one to know your partner is pregnant!. You only need one testicle to be a father!. I know from personal experience on this one!.

That is very odd!. The effects of one of your testicles being stuck in your bladder should only be temporary!. I doubt that it could be causing any problems 13 years later!.!.!.
Did you sustain any trauma to your groin recently!? Such as being kicked in between the legs or something!?
