Why does my voice sound different now?!

Question: Why does my voice sound different now!?

I know about puberty, it got deeper LONG ago!. Now, it has the same deepness but lately its sounding different!. When I say certain words they are sounding different, not deeper or higher, just different!. I have recently had a cold, but it doesn't sound like a voice that has a cold!.!.!.just different!
