But the thing is, i'm lifting alot and making big gains muscle wise!. This makes me eat alot more to add onto those gains, i!.e!. protein and such!.
So what do i do to get rid of this f-ing stomach! beach is coming up!
Crunches and ab workouts help!? More cardio!? Less fats!?

Cut using fat,carbs and alcohol!.
That will help
Eat cooked vegetables and fruit:lime and lemon juice on an empty stomach!.Will make it shrink!.And eat a lot less too
