My husband, Scotch Mist, bless his little cotton socks, took his beloved earless Goat Waffles on his Paperroute this morning!.
He let Waffles sit shotgun, while he asked me to sit in the back!.
Now he asked me to clean out the mess his beloved Waffles made in the car!
On top of it, he took my car!!!

I would tell him, to no longer drive your car on his paper route and that you won't allow him to take his goat in your car!. And he should understand that!. Also you need to tell him this is his goat and he needs to clean up the mess!.
