My penis got a black spot in its peak?!

I would go to a doctor and have it looked at definatly!. And don't let them tell you it's a freckle or something like that without having them run some tests!. Now not to freak you out or anything (this could be nothing) but I have heard about this happening to a kid before and it was cancer!. Now if this spot just appeared and it is just a spot most likley you will be fine!. Not all cancer causes a black dot!. It is just something I would have looked at so you can eliminate that possiblility!. It's probably nothing though so I wouldn't panic!. And It's not because you masturbate, masturbating won't cause black marks!. Maybe red if it gets sore but not black!. Masturebating has no negitive effects on the body only positive ones!. Your body doesn't know if you are having sex or masturbating so how can it cause anything bad!?
