well connor is correct, im from the uk and as far as i know there is no set age to buy condoms even though the law says you have to be 16 to have sex(in the uk), but i'm sure the states are the same as here!. i guess they'd rather you wrap your tool if your underage and not have a kid than let underage people have sex and make babies when there is no need for that too happen if you know what i mean!?!!?!?!!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com
