Rogaine is made for hair-loss!. It doesn't make hair grow back or faster, it just prevents you from losing what you have!. I don't think there is a way to make hair grow faster!. I think you have to wait for nature to do it's thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you should google it, but its basically a spray men use to re grow hair on their scalp!. it contains a chemical called minoxidil which for unknown reasons grows hair!. I dont know if its suitable for facial hair!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
