Answers:
Creatine Monohydrate is difficult to filter!. It has large particles that, when used for long periods of time can be like eating sand!. If used in large quantities with inadequate water intake, it can block up your kidneys creating the potential for infection!. the blood in your urine is indicative of an infection!.

It is not the lifting!.

The doctor recommends drinking a lot of water to try to flush out your system!.

You can use creatine ethyl ester which is more readily able to be absorbed!.!.!. and you dont need loading phase!. Before you do switch, however, stop taking all supplements until your have recovered completely!.

The thing about taking supplements is that you must drink a lot of water to make sure that your muscles are well hydrated or you are just wasting your time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
