Ive lifted everyday and took creatine and it caught up with me months later painful urination but that ended doctor said it is probably the creatine to lay off it and drink plenty of water i did but i sorta slacked off it drinking water!.!.pissed again for the doctor today about 2 weeks prior to that and it still has blood im supposed to drink more water but im gonna be serious about it this time!. any clues on what it might be !? P!.s!. during that 2 weeks i lifted like crazy but im not this time!? im not dieing am i lol!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Creatine Monohydrate is difficult to filter!. It has large particles that, when used for long periods of time can be like eating sand!. If used in large quantities with inadequate water intake, it can block up your kidneys creating the potential for infection!. the blood in your urine is indicative of an infection!.

The doctor recommends drinking a lot of water to try to flush out your system!.
You can use creatine ethyl ester which is more readily able to be absorbed!.!.!. and you dont need loading phase!. Before you do switch, however, stop taking all supplements until your have recovered completely!.
