Nerves could be to blame in this!. Try abstaining from your "alone time" for a few days, maybe even a week before going back in to battle!. If that doesn't work, try mutual masturbation first as a form of foreplay!. If that doesn't work, try finding a girl who will be patient and understanding in helping you perform!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're putting way too much pressure on yourself!. It is totally mental!. The first time I was with my future wife, a similar thing happened, but she was patient, and it never re-occurred!. Performance issues are huge with guys not truly confident!. My suggestion, and it sounds odd, be honest with her about your anxiety, she may find refreshing, and she may be "more into you," if you know what I mean!. Turn a sticky situation into the best sex of your life!. Woman can be cruel, but they also can be very understanding, supportive and wickedly horny!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are 20 and suffer from ED!?
Dude that is way to young and the bit confidence you had is simply down the drain now!.
Go see a urologist and a psychologist
One for the penis issue of getting limp
And the other to find out the cause behind it
Do not hide your head in sand:it won't go away, untreated
These Dr's are professionals and there is no need to be embarrassed at all!.
They have dealt with this many times!.
And now it is up to you to deal with it:make the appointments!.

It's called performance anxiety!. And it happens to every guy at least once!. When a guy is scared, nervous, or worried, tired etc!., it can make it difficult for him to relax enough to maintain a full erection!. You just need to focus on relaxing and not worrying!. Also make sure your girlfriend is on birth control and you are using condoms, doing this will take some pressure off things and you can relax more!.
I hope this helped!.

Maybe you should get to know your girl, develope feelings of what you know about her, marry her then have sex!. That may be one way to sustain your man,!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. otherwise abstain until your issue is fixed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have a girl s*ck your d*ck!. Then, once you've c*m inside her mouth -- next time do it the other way - I think it will cure it!.

maybe ur just not attracted to themWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, there are several different factors that may be at play here!. Are you too nervous about the actual 'deed'!? Worried about pleasing her!? Or is it just not a turn on for you!?

I think that at this point in time that I'd suggest that you see a good therapist!. Yes I know that sounds like something big bad and ugly, however imho most people could use a little therapy now and then!. They can give you tools on how to walk through stuff in your head so that you can address what is really going on for you!.

Don't be embarrassed by this - it happens!. Hang in there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
