Question: Help for my BF!?
My BF is going through puberty and he is very upset because his nipples have grown to be small man boobs essencially!.!.!. I told him that he is the only one who cares about them but he is still worried!. ( He is 13) and I was just wondering if there is anything that will make them go away or just some good advice I an tell him!.!.!. please only respectful answersWww@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately, when you go through puberty, your hormones are imbalanced!. Breast development in men is called gynecomastia and it does happen frequently!.

He's gonna be going throught a lot of growing in the next year or two so tell him nothing is permanent as far as his chub because he will likely grow out of it!. If he wants to get rid of it fast he can always do cardio like running and swimming, and do chest excersizes like pushups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well since it sounds like you are VERY young, I'm guessing that he is a little chubby, since most boys are chubby!. As he goes through puberty, he will probably lose some weight!. Just let him know that he looks good and there is nothing to worry about, make him feel good about himselfWww@Answer-Health@Com
