Answers:
The only way to get rid of fat is to do aerobic exercise!.

The crunches and all that stuff - bulk up the muscle - and can define them - but fat only burns during aerobic exercise!.

You need to do something like running, spinning, treadmill, elliptical, swimming - anything that gets your heartrate up - and keeps it up - generally 30 minutes or longer will work the best!. As a rule of thumb, you don't really get aerobic fat burning until about the 20th minute - so anything longer than that does the real fat burning - so the longer, the better!.

It will burn fat from all over your body - not just targeting the legs or arms - it will burn the fat from your pooch!.

If you burn more fat than you eat - you will lose weight!. If you eat more food than you burn - you will gain weight!. If you do the same - you will stay the same!.

So, it's either more aerobic work - or less food - but the most quick results would be from less food and more aerobic!.

I can see that you are one of those man's men - who look to weights and muscles as being the height of fitness - but to burn the fat - you have to do the long, less-macho, aerobic fitness work!.

If you burn the fat - and bulk up your muscles - you will not be "scroony!." There is no way to remove the lower ab fat selectively - unless you do liposuction - which sounds like it would be right up your vain alley!.

Enjoy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
