The foreskin won't return on its own to recover the glans in the same way, and simply has to be puleed down to properly cover and protect the glans by hand!.
The frenulum is the most sensitive part of the penis, and if it's too tight to alow comfortable retraction, it can be stretched, or even cut, but it's not advisable to remove it, as with circumcision, as it destroys penile sensitivity to remove either the frenulum, the foreskin or both!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
