Question: Please help me figure out if i have a health problem!?
I am 16, and I have a very small penis when not erect!. (this is a serious question)!. When its not erect, the tip is closed, and the head doesnt come out!. When it is erect, it still doesnt come out!. but it doesnt hurt or bother me!. My concern is that I might have an abnormal penis!.!.!. The head never comes out, not even during the stroking of masturbation!. i just had to ask this to someone!. please help!. this is a serious question!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You said that your penis is small, how small do you mean!?
At 16 you are in the middle of puberty so you will grow for another 3 years so the chance are that you are normal!.

two issues here!.
First is you seem to have a tight foreskin!. so you can work on that to loosen it by stretching so it will retract fully to expose the head!.
Second is at that weight, you need o ose weight!. Not only is being overweight unhealthy, it is rumoured that for every 30 pounds of excess weight, about 1 inch of yout penis is hidden!. So if you have 60 pounds or excess, then your penis is really 5 inches but you cannot see it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's not a good thing to be that overweight at such a young age!.!.!. see your Dr!. and start a healthy diet and exercise program!.!.!. you would be amazed at how much fat is stored in the groin area!.!.!. especially on men!.!.!. so that would be my first concern if i were you!.!.!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Could be a case of phimosis which is fixable!.!.!. see a doctor!.
