Answers:
First of all, I realise you may want to be like your friends!. One thing you should know is that the later you perform your circumcision the smaller your penis will be!. This is because penis's take a very long time to repair!. This is a major operation!. Vital bits of it are lost!. So when puberty sets in, instead of growing in the normal way it will be busy repairing itself!. Even if you had been cut at birth and it had repaired itself, because a vital part of the penis is missing it would still grow abnormally!.

Here is what you will lose if you get circumcised:
1) The gliding effect!. This means that you will no longer be able to move the skin up and down like it was designed to do!. So circumcised men find it incredibly hard to masturbate - they just rub the head!. Often they need special lubrication!.
2) Thousands of specialised pleasure nerves are cut off when you are circumcised!. This dramatically reduces sensation!.

Many other things are lost too: http://www!.norm-uk!.org/circumcision_lost!.!.!.

It is cleaner to be intact, you should read this article:

If you still want to do it , then more fool you!. But remember this procedure is dying out, doctors do not recommend it anymore!. Today only half of babies born are circumcised!. I am not and I would never consider doing it - because I know the facts - now you do, so don't do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The physical pain, though intense, is just the beginning,
the psychological pain--regretting having it done--goes on
punishing you (and your wife) for the rest of your life!.

Consider these comments from a man circumcised in adulthood:

Since I had my penis circumcised: 1) I have lost about 80% of my penis
