Help losing weight????!


Question: Help losing weight!?!?!?!?
I hate to admit it but my stomach is round!.!.!.!.!. T-T!.
I am 13 yr old, i weigh 120 and i am 5!.7 and a half!
How do i lose weight!?!?!?!?
I am starting to go to a gym called LA fitness will that help!?!?!?
How long will it take to make my stomach flat!?!?!?!?
I want to get a six pack by the end of the summer!! i have like 2 months!!!
Any eating help!?!?!?!?
Training plans to like how long i should run or how many sit ups and push ups!?!?!?!?

ummm do like a gazillion crunches and be vegetarian or only eat certain meats!.
im a chick and i know that girls could cares less if ur stomach is round!.
we dont like anorexic guys though so dont get toooo skinny!.

Start by eliminating 300-500 calories daily!.

Based on your weight and height, you should consume about 1400-1600 calories daily if you want to successfully lose weight!. Combine this with interval training cardio 3-5 times a week and the fat burning process is increased!.

Start running, jogging, do any kind of physical activity!. How long it will take to get a flat stomach depends on you and your consistency and dedication!.!.!.Your in charge!

You should also do weight lifting every other day!. Target your arms, chest ,shoulders and legs to make your body lean and strong!.

Eliminate junk food from your diet, and also soda's , too much sugars, juices, etc!. Stay away from empty calories such as soda's!.!.!.Most teens love this junk and all it does it add more calories that make you fatWww@Answer-Health@Com

i used to have the same problem i had a round stomach but then when i hit 14 i hit puberty and i lost weight and then i started to do 200 sit ups and 200 push ups and i went back to martial arts after having a 1 year break!. now i weight 135 and i have almost all my fat off and i have muscles!. also, just watch your calories, you have to have at least have 2000 calories but if you eat around 1800 you will start to lose weight but if you eat over 2000 you start to gain weight!.good luck!.:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You wont get a six pack in 2 months!. You need to do allot of sit ups, and the large ball that is used for exercise, buy one & use it at home!. You will need the larger one due to your height!.Don't drink soft drinks or anything with sugar!. Leave off all caffeine!. Cut out your sweets!. weight watchers is a good diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start with changing your diet:from now on no more fat fried junk or fast food!.
Only healthy stuff:vegetables,whole wheat bread,fruit and lean meat :like chicken or turkey!.
And exercise as much as possible!.
Run,bike swim and jog too:to burn of that fat!.
