I think what you're referring to is definition!? definition is the look of muscle, when you do lots of reps but low weights you form definition!. the more definition you do the better your muscles show and look!. when you do heavier weights with lower reps you're gaining strength!. try to find a good mmedium in between the two!. yeah definittion IS muscle!. theres no such thing as "fake muscle!." even with use of steriods its still muscle!. sure its not natural, not to mention illegal, but its still muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no such thing as fake muscle, all muscle is real!. there are two types of training which typically seen at gym for most of us, there is the muscle building training which consist of many reps with low weight ,and then there is the strenght training, which consist of many reps usually 6-8 reps with huge amounts of weight!.!.!.!.hope this clears your confusionWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure but i think that's true especially if you drink those lame protein shakes that "build muscle"

my brother drinks those shakes and he has muscles and he lifts weights but he has no stamina when doing something heavy related

my advice is don't drink those shakes and instead of only lifting weights do some push-ups [they work your arm better]Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on your method of training!. Bodybuilders build for size--powerlifters for strength--there are exercises for endurance as well!. Your body responds to the type of exercise accordingly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hahahahahahahaha!. :]

i love how most of your questions stem from me, or somehow i know of them before you ask them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
