Question: If i want to lose lower stomach fat but maintain muscle what should i do!?
I have weigh around 140 lbs i am 16 years old and i have a two pack but the botom part of my stomach has a small layer of fat that prevents me from having a six pack what do i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had the same problem!. i am 16 and wiegh 140 also, and i had a 2 pack and the fat thingy at the bottom of my stomach that hid my 4 pack, too!. what i did was that i started eating a well balanced breakfast, unflavored cereal like special k, low fat milk, the blue one, an apple or an orange (if you eat both better!), and if you want some dark coffee!. for lunch i eat two proteins bars or a protein shake with an apple to replace that meal and pass it with water instead of juice, milk, soda, or whatever (did you know that lunch is the meal with most calories and carbs!?) For dinner i eat a complete meal, like eat whatever your mom cooks for you!. if you are out with friends watch the pizza, take some napkins and soak the grease with them as if they were sponge, that reduces almost 50% of calories!. instead of fries ask for nachos and guacamole sauce, it's low in calories and it also helps acne problems, double score! instead of grapes eat blueberries and blackberries!. try to avoid in-between meals and just take the three meals of the day, especially avoid midnighter snacks!. if you feel hungry drink water until you feel full instead of grabbing food from the refrigerator!. and last work out to burn the calories that can't be lost by dieting!. this is one of the most healthy diets, you dont starve and you give your body all the things it needs!.

Just tweak your current diet and exercise plan!.

Eat smaller, more frequent meals, such as every 3-4 hours and make it 5-6 meals a day!.

This will help keep the metabolism rev'd up all day!.

Then do weight lifting every other day!. This will help build lean body mass!. Then do interval cardio training 3-5 times a week for 30 minutes each session!.

Try cutting out about 200-300 calories a day from your diet also!.

I've never been able to do it, but I bet that's the case for a lot of girls!.

I always feel like it looks better when I do a lot of sit-ups!.!.!. like at least a hundred!. I take my time doing them!. Running makes it look better too!. Eating lighter meals helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
