No!. If you were gonna compare testicles to any part of a woman, they would be most similar to the ovaries!. They are internal and are connected to the uterus, much like how the testicles are connected to the penis!. The ovaries produce the eggs, which are fertilized by the sperm produced by the testicles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
