Can a small guy like me put on a lot of muscle?!


Question: Can a small guy like me put on a lot of muscle!?
I'm 15 years, male, 5'6" and about 135 lbs!. I am considered a rather short person and small and don't have a lot of muscle mass!. But is it possible for a small person like me to put on a whole lot of muscle!. Not body builder just like kind of spartan 300 kind of muscle!. Is it possible!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You know, those men from the 300 had spent 8 weeks to work their bodies out, not to mention that their bodies were already fit and strong!.

I'm 20 and turning 21 this summer, and I am 5'6", too but I only weight 120 lbs!. Well I am Chinese but I do consider myself is small and thin!. However, I have been working out since last year and I do think that I have gained muscle from my work outs!. So my point is, it is possible for you to do it, too!. And you are only 15 years old so you can do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea you will build up muscle fast since your skinny!.!.!.just run alot and do sit-up like what body builder does!.!.!.have a hi protien diet and low fat diet since fat is a waste!.!.but its also energy for som what and its good for your heart but dont overdo eating on fatty foodWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes- it is possible start with light weights and work up- you can get some weight lifting videos and at the stores there are "Bulk Up" it is a powder that you add to water to drink- that will help the muscle - good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yah!.!.!. It should be but if it's not in your genes then you will have to work harder for it!. As long as you start lifting some weights on a regular basis!. Why do you want to gain muscle!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

my trainer is only 70kg and like 5'5" and he can bench like 150kg (sorry only do metric lol but u can change) although he is a body builder but still the point is of course you can lol!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything's possible if you put your mind to it!. Anyway, just do some workout routines and eat a healthy diet and you should get some muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
