Question: Does masterbaiting affect your trainning when you work out!?
I am a boxer and somtimes i feel dead enthuastic about trainning and other times, not so much!. I'm just wondering does masterbaiting have an influance over this!. If so is it better to avoid doing it while trainning or to keep doing it or jst meet sumwhere in the middle!? (PS This is a serious question, so please dont report it)Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it won't affect your work out!. If you want to be more consistent in your workouts try:

Having some carbs, not a lot before your workout!. You'll have plenty of short term energy!. Have some protein a few hours before hand, this will provide you with a steady flow of energy for your entire workout!.

Make sure you're hydrated!. I know everyone says it, but really do it!. Our bodies are mostly water, so when we don't have enough we feel sluggish and unmotivated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
