Answers:
I'm going to give a decently long answer!. The short answer is no, it is not a sin!.

It's not a sin if you go by the Bible!. Many people will try to argue that it's a sin by citing an example from the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament for Christians)!. They'll say that Onan masturbated and God killed him!. Of course, this is not what happened!. God commanded Onan to impregnate his brother's wife because his brother had died!. Onan pulled out before ejaculating and so he "spilled his seed" onto the ground!. Thus, God killed him for disobeying his command!. There was no masturbation involved!. It is never mentioned in the Bible!. Onan "spilling his seed" is the only remotely similar example, but again, it has nothing to do with actual masturbation!. Thus, it's not a sin in Judaism or in Christianity, despite what religious fanatics or your pastor will try to argue!.

In Taoism ejaculation (not masturbation) is bad because it releases sacred energy!. For this reason, tantric sex was invented to stave off ejaculation but still retain orgasm!. Masturbation is fine under Taoism!.

In most sects of Buddhism there is no sin; rather, they have the concept of karma!. Masturbation doesn't involve other beings, and it doesn't bring negative karma, so it's not wrong!.

Hinduism doesn't have sin either, so once again masturbation is not wrong for hindus!.

To sum it up, in all of the world's major religions, masturbation is not wrong!. Essentially everyone will masturbate during their lifetime!. Most people masturbate daily or at least weekly!. It is healthy and normal!. Just because it is not spoken of does not mean it is abnormal, nor does it mean that it's wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm catholic and I don't believe it is a sin!. The sin is having lust towards the person you're masturbating too!. You probably watch porn or think of a hot girl when you do!. One of the 10 commandments is to not have lust after another person, so I think that's where the sin comes in!.
Actually, the 6th commandment says "Thou shall not commit adultery!." Lust is just another form of adultery except it has no actions present!. So technically, it is one of the 10 commandments!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, it isn't!. In fact, it's quite common for people who are going through puberty If you have already gone through it, well, it would be really normal, to arouse your sexual emotions!. If you haven't, well, then you are going through puberty!.

Here's a true secret so that you feel you're not alone:
