Significantly weaker left hand . HELP?!


Question: Significantly weaker left hand !. HELP!?
i go to the gym about 3 times a week!. Whenever i manage to do 10 bicep curls an my right hand, my left hand struggles with only 5 or 6!. How do i overcome this!. It get's pretty embarassing when people are looking!.It happens when i do other workoutso other workouts t Both such as lats pullup etc!. Both of them are of the same size!. well chances are it has to do with ur stronger hand!. like i know i play soccer and my right leg is strong because i kick with that leg!. its just like which arm is used more!. i recommend to focus more on the weak arm instead of doing the same routine for each or they will always remain differnt stregnths!. most people do have one arm that is stronger than the other but if u are bothered by it then work on it!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's quite obvious that you are a chronic masturbator who uses his left hand!. Many chronic masturbators, like yourself, find that they struggle with bicep curls when they use the arm that is used for pleasuring themselves!. I would suggest that you inject that left arm with some steroidal medication - that way, it can be used for more than just one purpose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dude i used to have the same problem!. not as bad as yours but this is what i did!. say when your on the preacher bench and your pumping out some curls!. first isolate each are with dumbells!. when working your left arm when you get to the point of failure, 5 or so, take your right hand and place it under your left forearm!. this is a basic principle used by many bodybuilders!. its a cheat!. just give your arm just enough boost to get through that middle point to get your arm up!. the more you can push out of your arm the stronger it'll get, but if it hurts stop dude!. dont ruin your joints!. just isolate that arm as much as you can using even lighter weight and eventually moving up in equal weight with your right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

on two handed exercises, stick to what both hands will keep up with!.
on single hand exercises do one more than you can with your dominant hand!.
when doing routine things (opening doors, carrying parcels, etc!.) use your left hand more; often we use our dominant hand more and the other one is left weaker!. need to balance the load so to speak!.

Right handed are we!? Just going to have to work up to the right one's level!. Try not exercising the right until the left catches up to even it out, that are exercise the left twice as much!. I am presuming you are right handed, just do more work with your left!. Your muscles in your right are already significantly stronger because that is the hand that you use for everyday activities!. You use your left a little more and it will soon strengthen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wear a support if you are getting pins and needles in that hand you may have a trapped nervre this is called carbon tunnel and it can make your hand weaker and it might just be you wrist is weakerWww@Answer-Health@Com
