The main muscles involved in an arm wrestle are:
the pectorals (chest muscles)
biceps
and triceps
to train all three just do chin-ups or push-ups and you'll be feeling stronger in no time!

There are lots of things you can do to strengthen your arm!. If you just look up "arm wrestling exercises" online you find a lot of good sites!. I had a similar issue so I started doing a lot of forearm exercises!. The bicep and wrist is important too!. If you don't belong to a gym, you can still do it, but it may take some creativity!. I included some of the sites I checked out!.
