Answers:
The thing with the military is there is a way to get around the weight!. He can get measured and pass by that standard, and I believe that is set at 23 percent body fat!. If he gains muscle it will not hurt him!. Just encourage him to keep going, and focus on getting to 23 percent body fat!. If he gets to 168 lbs before that than great, he could go in, but the muscle will help him anyways!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would do what he is doing but maybe every other day!. stick to the calorie thing though you dont want to gain fat back!. but that way your muscles get a break which might lose some muscle!. and lose weight!. if that made any sense!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Some people are just naturally big, in body!. But the best thing he can do is watch what he eats and go running or biking that walking isn't going to do much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to do more than just limit calories for his diet!. You need to make sure those calories he is getting are healthy not just junk food!. More fresh fruits and vegetables less preprocessed food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i think you have a problem then of course hell gain muscle from the excercise he does so idk maybe just a strict diet with less excerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com
