You should wash your hands often, but not so often that you're causing excema!. You should wash your hands before every meal (right before!.!.!.not wash your hands, and then let the dog outside, and then eat!.)!. You should wash your hands after using the restroom (this is actually to prevent the spread of anything you might have!. You can't contaminate yourself with your own germs but you can get someone else sick!. If you ever come into contact with someone else's bodily fluids, you should wash your hands (and anything else that came into contact with said fluids) with an antibacterial soap!. As far as the lenght of time you spend washing your hands each time, most people barely get their hands wet!. You should sing the alphabet song twice while washing your hands; that's generally long enough!. At first, it's going to seem like ages but the more often you practice that, the shorter the time will seem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually wash my hands twice when i get anything particularly gross or dirty on them!. My logic goes like this; the first time is for removing the vast majority of the dirt etc, and the second time removes anything that may have avoided the first scrubbing!. I always make sure to use anti-bacterial soap, warm water, and a clean towel or paper towel!. Remember to clean the back of your hands and in between your fingers as well as you clean your palms!
