I nocturnal emission is a wet dream; it's when a guy ejaculates in his sleep!. It happens because of puberty!. It happens because of erotic, sexual dreams!. Or sometimes it can be caused by having your penis rubbing up against your sheets or the mattress (happens to me sometimes)!.
