Put down the fork and run!.

The basics behind losing weight is basically burn more calories than you consume!. Diet for those two weeks and be sure to load up on protein and as little fat as humanly possible!. Which means no sugary goodness, no soda, no junk and it means a whole lotta veggies and fruits!.

A good compliment for running would be to run in the morning and do weights at the evening!. The more muscle you have, the more fat you're going to burn due to muscle's need to have more energy to sustain it's mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To lose fat or muscle eat less and excercise!. Lift weights to avoid the muscle loss and just lose fat!. One pound is 3500 calories!. Do the math!.

If you really just want the scale to go down you can lower sodium intake for a couple days!. You'll feel terrible, but it does make the scale drop!. :D As soon as you eat some salt you'll gain that weight right back though!.

Alternatively to move the scale you can amputate some part of your body!. Or move to a higher elevation so gravity affects the scale less!. But I'll assume like most people you are trying to lose fat!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
