What do i take after a workout to build muscle?!


Question: What do i take after a workout to build muscle!?
i'm basically a noob on this!. i've been doing cardio and weight lifting and have seen improvement in muscle tone and mass!. but i do want to make it bigger!. i'm only 17 and am not financially capable of buying those supplements, whey, etc!.

what do you emphasize on eating!?
i'm using the school gym!.

please answer truthfully!.

Hi
You will find that eating high protein food like chicken and dairy products will enable you to build muscles without supplements!. You really only need to supplement an inadequate diet so if you are eating enough chicken, eggs and dairy food you will be fine!. They taste better than supplements too!.

Well done with your fitness plans and your exercising!!

Don't forget to drink lots of fluid as well, between 2 to 3 liters a day!.

This is my routine (and I'll also add a good strength training routine in the source from Mens Fitness):
Day 1: Chest/Tricepts
Day 2: Bicepts/Shoulders
Day 3: Back/Lower Body
Day 4: Cardio/Abs
Day 5: Rest

I would suggest taking a look at the third link for a great tasty post-workout shake that you can get your parents to buy from the grocery store!. I would still really recommend a mens multivitamin, and fish oil pills, as it aids in speeding recovery time!.

always eat solid foods and you'll keep and make muscle, soda, ,sweets ,stuff with sugar reverse the muscle!. drink lots and i mean lots of water because muscle is made of a lot of water your muscles need itWww@Answer-Health@Com

well i soul go to smoothie king and bye one off does smoothies that you could add muncle building fiber in it i cant my dad wont let me because i play sports but i shure you can do itWww@Answer-Health@Com
