13 year old biceps?!


Question: 13 year old biceps!?
Actually, I only turned 14 a week ago, so I'm counting myself as 13!. At 13 I had 11 inch biceps (and still do)!? Is that good or bad!? I've been weightlifting for maybe two to three months now and they've only grown about half an inch!.

I'm a boy!.

Also, is weightlifting helpful to abs!? Is it better than situps for them!? Also, what are some good tips to get 12+ inch biceps at 14 and to gain at least ten pounds!?

Turned 14 June 1, just so you know my exact age!.

If somebody could also tell me the average bicep size for my age, you will get best answer!.

I'm also looking to get an 8 pack (abs)!. Could you give me helpful tips for that!? I lift weights, walk sometimes, do leg lifts, and bicycle crunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, you are very young to be lifting weights!. Very young!. It's best to wait until you are 16 so you've gone through you second growth spurt!. Lifting heavy weights at your age will, not can, will damage your joints forever!.

However, let's say you want to ignore that!. Try this right now!. Get up from your computer and do it!. Stand up, pretend you have two dumbells in your hands and you're going to do curls!.

While flexing your biceps as hard as you can, do a curl as if you had a weight in it!. One second up, one second down!. Do 20 in a row!.

Now do another 20 with your palms turned over!. Flex your triceps like you are using a pull-down machine where the cable would be near your face!.

Check your arms out!. They should be really pumped!.

Also, if you want big arms, do more triceps than biceps!. Tricep is a much bigger muscle than the bicep, so it's easier to get results!. Look at some guys arms who look like they workout their triceps are twice as big as their bicep!. Feel your tricep, it's more than a handful!. Bicep is a handful!. and spread over a shorter distance!.

Also, just for symmetry, your arms should be as big as your calves!. A lot of guys do upper body and ignore lower body!. Ladies, back me up here!. Many women have told me they check out the lower body more than the torso!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want abs first you have to run or jog to lose all you stomach fat!. Then when it is gone you should to sit ups and other ab exercises that exercise all of your abs!.
