Question: Is drinking soya milk after a workout beneficial in any way!?
as i can't afford whey and whatsoever, this is the only source of protien i can think of!.

Soy milk is junk!. It is promoted by the soy industry money and I'm sure that doesn't come as a surprise!. Soy milk is loaded with sugar to mask the taste and contains lots of phytoestrogens that reduce your testosterone!. In fact, it will give you feminine characteristics, like man boobs and raise the pitch of your voice!. The goitrogens in the junk will slow your thyroid down and cause you to gain weight!. They put titanium dioxide in the junk to make it look white because soy is brown in color!. This is the same thing white paint is made of and you can go to an art store and ask for white oil paint and they will hand you a tube that says, "titanium dioxide" on it!. Soy depletes your body of minerals and this is not a good thing!.

Originally, soy was used to put nitrogen back into the soil and it works well for that, but it also removes aluminum from the soil and all soy plants contain huge amounts of this heavy metal that does your body NO good!. Tofu was developed by the orientals to get rid of monks libido and it worked for them then and it will work for you the same way!. (hello viagra)!.

Only about 60% of soy products have any value for the body!. When protein, on the other hand if prepared properly, will be absorbed up to about 98% and can be very helpful to the body!.

Drinking soy milk after a workout is not a good idea due to the problems soy does to the body!. If you are really, truly interested in what soy does for you or to you, the best book on the subject is called, "The Whole Soy Story" and it is now available, I believe in paper back!.

Despite what a certain contributor thinks, soy in not some evil drink that will turn you into a sexless weakling with boobs!. (It's also not loaded with sugar unless you buy it sweetened, which not everyone does)!.

Neither will it help you very much with gaining protein, though!. Egg white is a very good source!. Lean mean!. Pea protein is used by vegan bodybuilders if you want to go the planty route!. Chick peas, kidney beans
